Every year in March, NCCU invites various well-known local and international companies in Taiwan to join the “NCCU Job Fair” with the hope of being a bridge between companies and students. Industries that attended this year's NCCU Job Fair came from various fields such as finance, media, food, accounting, information, retail, culture and education, the public sector, non-profit organisations, and others, including KPMG, Yuanta Financial Holdings, Ogilvy, Family Mart, Asus, Hon Hai, Teach for Taiwan, and 124 other well-known companies. The number of companies attending is increasing every year, indicating that NCCU graduates are highly favoured by companies in Taiwan. This year, 65% of companies that attended the NCCU Job Fair opened job vacancies for international students, showing the company's interest in international talent.

In addition, considering the post-epidemic job search needs and changes in the information age, NCCU has developed an online job search platform on campus, which allows students to participate in online company fairs, search for company talent recruitment information, and schedule interviews.

The NCCU’s Dean of Student Affairs said that NCCU students have good foreign language skills, and have the ambition and vision to connect with the outside world. NCCU students also attach great importance to cross-disciplinary research and development. Learning and development, we can not only develop in-depth in one field but can master many other fields.

Before the job fair was held on March 25, NCCU also held many workshops to hone students' soft skills and hard skills, how to make an attractive resume, practice job interviews, and prepare students to plan future careers. The aim of this series of events is to inspire students' careers, from confused to daring. As with this year's theme “Brave Story”, NCCU hopes that students can explore the dream map and determine future career paths!
